• Excellent support for families, with the inspector noting that our partnerships with parents are a real strength. The use of the Famly app was praised for keeping communication strong and consistent.

• A clear strength in physical development, covering everything from gross and fine motor skills to nutrition, self-care and independence.

• A team that knows the children exceptionally well through effective assessment and early intervention, ensuring that every child gets the right support at the right time.

• Positive staff morale and strong teamwork, with staff wellbeing, training and development seen as real priorities.

• High-quality SEND provision, with staff and our SENDCo advocating strongly for the most vulnerable children.

• Creativity and independence celebrated across the age groups, from babies to pre-schoolers.
