Our Testimonials

"I just wanted to drop you a message (now I have stopped crying) to thank you all for a beautiful graduation. The children were so well behaved and it was lovely to see how much the staff have grown so fond of them all......I was ok until Grace started crying! My son has had such a positive experience at the nursery, something that my other two boys were not given when they attended a pre-school. I love how the team knows him as well as we know him at home. I'm already missing you all and wish we could take you all with us to 'big school', the next group of children at the nursery will be very lucky to have such lovely people taking care of them.
I'm sure I'll be popping in over the next year, but for now I just want to thank you for all your support for the last few years and wish you all the best in the future.”

“One of the hardest decisions we have had to make as parents is which nursery to choose for our son. So many things to consider with regards to food provided, play provision, opportunities, care...amongst many others. We have exceptionally high standards in relation to the level of care we expect for our child and are pleased to say that Marlborough Day Nursery has only exceeded those expectations. Room staff are enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The management team are welcoming and approachable. Feedback is always used constructively and practically as a tool for further improvement.

The proof, as it were, is in the pudding - our son is happy, confident and thriving. He is sociable and has formed close relationships with his keyworker and other staff who share his care and who are always willing to offer advice or answer questions. We are satisfied that nursery staff provide a level of care no less than that which they would expect for their own children. It is this that gives us every confidence in recommending the Marlborough Day Nursery to any parent.”

“I have been collecting my granddaughter, from Nursery for the last three years, and today is her last day. I have been very impressed with the whole nursery set up in Coalville, the caring staff, activities and layout of the building, especially the big hall, which she especially liked playing in.
Thank you very much for making her time in Nursery a happy and rewarding one, she has certainly gained a lot from coming to you, which I am sure laid the right foundations  for her school life. She has also made some lovely friends.  I cannot praise you enough and have certainly recommended you.”
Mr and Mrs H

“I was very nervous about leaving my son in a nursery, even after looking around many, but I felt drawn to Marlborough. You have done a fantastic job; you made me feel happy, secure, and able to trust 110% that you would look after him. Your staff have made my son and myself feel valued, you all do an amazing job, its no wonder you got ‘Outstanding’ in your Ofsted.  2 years ago I would have tried to persuade anyone thinking of putting their children into nursery to not do it, but now you have restored my faith in day care, and I would and have frequently recommended this nursery to anyone.”
Mrs N

“Thank you so much for taking good care of our son, he has come on so well since moving to Marlborough. If we could pick up the nursery and move it to Castle Donington we would. We cannot fault anything, we are both very upset that we have had to move him.”
